Väven P5

At the heart of Väven, Umeå’s platform for culture and experiences, is P5 Konferens. A venue offering meeting, training and event rooms designed to bring people together.

With effective meeting rooms, open event areas, a large roof terrace with capacity for up to 200 people and two function suites, events can be organised in parallel at P5. It offers the best possible scope for a successful meeting.

Flexibility and cosy luxury

White Arkitekter were responsible for architecture and design at P5 and Input interior delivered all furniture as well as carpets and curtains. The interior is black and orange, suggestive of northern Sweden’s rich autumn colours. Exquisite craftsmanship and a tangible sense of cosy luxury characterise these flexible premises where furniture, lighting and technology have been carefully selected to enable easy removal, rearrangement and adjustment to suit new requirements.

“P5 presented an exciting and challenging assignment. There was a prevailing shortage of leather on the Swedish market during the course of the project, which meant that our team were put to the test with a tight delivery schedule. However, we managed to deliver on time to a satisfied client,” says Johan Nilsson, Site Manager at Input interior in Umeå.
