B.A.R. is intended to attract the bon viveur who enjoys a comfortable and modern setting. The focus is on the atmosphere, which exudes Stockholm and big city life.

B.A.R. (Blasieholmens Akvarium & Restaurang) is the third restaurant under the management of Michelin Guide chefs Henrik Norström, Peter Johansson and Daniel Frick. It offers the bon viveur a relaxed setting that makes you think of simple dinners prepared in the kitchen at the home of good friends.

“We want to take our tried and tested method using locally-produced ingredients, add certain imported specialities and deliver a brand new concept,” explains Henrik Norström.

Limitless gastronomy

B.A.R. blurs the boundaries between kitchen and dining room and diners are welcome to pick out their own favourites from the aquarium or ice counter. Diners choose what they want to eat, in what order and how it will be prepared. B.A.R. offers a timeless bistro setting and a central watering hole for locals in search of experiences and gastronomy.

Koncept Stockholm was responsible for the interior, while the interior furnishings were procured, coordinated and supplied by Input interior.
